These terms govern your use of EventMeNow. By using our service you agree to these terms.

2. Service

EventMeNow connects users with independent vendors. Vendors provide the services and are responsible for service delivery.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are contractually between you and the vendor. Payments are processed by third-party providers; check vendor-specific cancellation and deposit policies.

4. Invoices

Invoices for transactions are available in My Events and can be downloaded for each vendor.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EventMeNow is not liable for vendor performance, damages, or indirect losses arising from bookings.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on the site with a notice.
