EventMeNow is South East Asia's trusted event marketplace. It connects individuals and businesses planning events with verified photographers, caterers, venues, bands, decorators and other service providers — making discovery, booking and payment safe and transparent.

Yes! Downloading the app and browsing vendors is completely free. You only pay when you book a vendor or opt for premium features such as event insurance.

We currently cover all 13 states across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor, Sabah, Sarawak and more. We are expanding to Singapore and Indonesia soon.

Bookings & Payments

Download the app, search for the vendor category you need, view profiles and reviews, then send a booking request. The vendor responds with a quote — confirm and pay securely within the app.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, industry-standard gateways. EventMeNow does not hold your funds — payments go directly to the vendor for fast, transparent transactions.

Refund policies depend on each vendor's individual terms. If you need assistance, our support team will mediate. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All invoices are stored in your My Events section within the app. You can view and download invoices for any completed booking at any time.
For Vendors

Visit our vendor registration page, complete the sign-up and submit your verification documents. Once approved, your profile goes live immediately.

Basic listing on EventMeNow is free. Premium subscription plans unlock enhanced visibility, advanced analytics and additional lead generation features.

EventMeNow processes payments instantly upon booking confirmation. No waiting days or weeks — your earnings are transferred to you directly.
Event Insurance

Event insurance protects you against unforeseen circumstances such as vendor cancellations, venue issues or emergencies that may affect your event. It's an optional add-on when booking through EventMeNow.

Yes. Integrated event insurance is a first-of-its-kind feature in South East Asia's event marketplace industry.

During checkout in the app you'll be offered the option to add event insurance. Simply toggle it on to include coverage for your booking.
